Parking & Lockers Information

Doon Campus Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, and 14 are closed for the winter season.

Parking at the Doon Campus is available in Lots 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 13b.

Only one location can be assigned to a permit.

If you live in a residence building, you must select your residence location when purchasing a permit. Selecting your residence provides coverage for your residence building and your campus.

Selecting a campus location will not cover residence parking.

All vehicles parking on Conestoga property must have a valid permit or pass.

Licence plate recognition: no physical permits required.

Conestoga uses Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) software to monitor campus parking lots. LPR technology uses character recognition to scan licence plates.

Unregistered vehicles found within college parking lots will be ticketed.

Permit enforcement: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM.

Parking is limited. A permit does not guarantee a space.

Stratford Campus: parking is for employees only.

• Hourly: $3.50 (via HonkMobile)
• MultiPack: $57.50 / 10 uses (via HonkMobile)

• Permits can have a maximum of two vehicles registered to it.
• Only one vehicle may be parked at the same campus at a time.
• It is the permit holder's responsibility to ensure their vehicle, licence plate and contact information is always up to date and accurate in the Parking Portal. Incorrect vehicle information may result in tickets.
• You can update your vehicle details anytime under the Vehicle tab.

Registration is required to use a locker.

Lockers are complimentary and are available at no cost.

Lockers are first come first served. If you register for a locker and find someone is using it please reach out to Locker Admin (see contact info above).

Available for the Winter 2026 Term starting January 12, 2026 at 8:00AM.

Lockers must be emptied and cleaned out by Saturday, April 25, 2026. If you require an extension, please reach out to Locker Administration by end of day April 12th, 2026.

Items left after April 25 will be stored for 30 days. Please contact Security Services for more information.

Locker usage is limited to one locker per student/employee. Any special exemptions must be approved by Locker Administration.
